[WT-support] New version of Enter Sends Message script for CQ WW Phone

The built-in ESM script in Win-Test doesn't really work very well for a
contest like CQ WW Phone or CQ WW WPX, because it assumes that you will *
always* want Enter to send the exchange while you are running. That's fine
on CW, but for a short exchange on phone, it doesn't make much sense. It
can really slow you down to wait for the DVR to send the exchange on every
QSO, which ESM practically forces you to do.
I've updated the ESM script so that Enter simply sends the thank you message
(F3) and logs the QSO, once you have entered a callsign, rather than sending
the exchange. That's if you are in RUN mode and on Phone. When in S&P
mode, or on CW, it works exactly like the built-in ESM script.
Remember while, using ESM and in RUN mode, if you want to *silently* log a
QSO rather than send the F3 message, you have to press Ctrl-Plus to do it.
You might want to use the Win-Test DEFINEKEYS text command to program
Alt-Enter to do the same thing as Ctrl-Plus, especially if you're using a
notebook computer with no separate Plus key on the numeric keypad.
You can download N6TVESM.zip from http://bit.ly/wtscripts .
The Readme file explains more details.
You can now use ESM mode with the K3 DVR too, using the K3 DVR as your voice
keyer. See K3scripts.zip (also updated with some new scripts for VFO and
RIT tuning, as well as internal CW keyer speed sync with Win-Test).
