The Country (CTY) Files were updated on 24 October 2010.
http://www.country-files.com/cty/
To install the file, follow the link to your software at the top of the page.
Here are the release notes:
24 October 2010 (CTY-2008)
VER20101024, Version entity is Eastern Kiribati, T32
Overall changes:
* The size of CTY.DAT was reduced so that both CT9/10 and TR LOG can
use it. This means that CTY.DAT is more like it was before October
2010, i.e. does *not* contain a full set of prefix/zone mappings
for BY (China), K (United States), UA9 (Asiatic Russia), VE
(Canada) and VK (Australia). If you are in need of such a file,
use CTY_WT.DAT, which is the country file for Win-Test.
* The following prefixes with zone overrides have been removed,
because they have not been assigned:
o China: 3H-3U, BB, BC, BE, BS (except BS7H) and XS
o European Russia, Asiatic Russia and Kaliningrad: RB, RE, RH,
RI, RP, RR and RS
o Japan: JB and JC (no zone override)
* 421 USA callsigns have zone exceptions, based on the Super Check
Partial <http://www.supercheckpartial.com/> database released 24
October 2009.
* The following entities have more exact latitude/longitude on a
per-prefix basis: CM (Cuba), ES (Estonia), EZ (Turkmenistan), HP
(Panama), PZ (Suriname), TI (Costa Rica) and UK (Uzbekistan). This
benefits both WriteLog and Win-Test (cty_wt_mod.dat only).
* PJ5/PJ6 is now known as St. Eustatius and Saba.
Added/changed Callsigns/prefixes:
* 9W6MAN/2 is West Malaysia, 9M2
* ZL5 and ZM5 are both in ITU Zone 71, not ITU zone 70
* I0QHM/IA0PS is in ITU Zone 71, not ITU zone 70
* KC4USC and KC4USV are both in ITU Zone 71, not ITU zone 70
