Hal,

First, since you don't have an EZMaster SO2R box, you should probably
uncheck "Enable WinKey" in that dialog (shortcut: type EZSETUP [Enter] in
the logging window).

Next, you have to determine the virtual COM port assigned to your WinKey USB
box. The WinKey configuration program should display it for you. Let's say
it is COM5.

   1. Type SETUP [Enter] in the logging window
   2. Put a check mark next to COM5
   3. In the drop-down box next to COM5, select WinKey
   4. Press the [Configure...] button next to COM5
   5. Press the [WinKey Default Settings] button to change all the COM port
   settings
   6. Press [OK] to close the COM5 Properties dialog
   7. Make sure LPT is not checked assuming you have no printer port
   8. Make sure you don't see "CW" displayed next to any COM ports. If it
is there, press the [Configure...] button next to that COM port and disable
   it
   9. Press [OK] again to close the Interfaces Configuration screen

You now can program all your Win-Test CW messages via MSGS [Enter]. Note
that these CW messages are completely different from the ones you already
"prerecorded" into the WinKey using the WinKey setup program -- those CW
messages are ignored by Win-Test as Win-Test must use its own messages to
insert logged callsigns, serial numbers, etc.
