[WT-support] Support for WinKeyer version 23?

Bob

I know this will be a stupid question, but how do you se up to send CW with
a serial port?

I never do this because I run Ezmaster when contesting.

In the options/ Configure interfance

I don't see in the COM serial ports a CW option.
