Set the CW COM port to *Other Interface* (or leave it as *Radio 1* if using
an Elecraft K3).

Click the *Configure* button for that COM port, then set DTR (Pin 4) to CW
and RTS  to PTT.  In the K3 you also have to set CONFIG:PTT-KEY to RTS-DTR.

Com port CW keying is explained in the *text* at the top of this
section<http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Interfaces#COM-port_CW_keying>;
I suppose a screen shot of the COM port configuration screen would be
helpful, though there's a link to:
