[WT-support] Problems to upgrade Win-Test3.x to Win-test 4.x

Hi
I do have some problestoems when I tried to upgrade my 33.26 to 4.x version
of Win-tast!

When I feed my callsign and customer number (as those are on
my registerration info email) on Win-test purchasing page as follow:
*Inconsistent data

*

Inconsistent data were detected.

Please check that all purchase data you entered were correct.

An error report has been sent to the site administrator.



Do you happens to seen similar?

What I could do now?
