[WT-support] microHam micro2R with WT

VE3EJ told me yesterday that when he sees the microHAM delay problem, all he
has to do is go into Win-Test Interface Configuration (text command
shortcut:  SETUP), then press [OK]; that seems to reset everything back to
normal for him.
