[WT-support] Plus Key problem

On Script manager, I did not find anything on the list.
Then DEFINEKEYS shows empty, no key is re-defined.
MSGS shows standard PLUS message, like "TU $CR"
I do not think I installed AutoHotKey as I searched file
even non-indexed, hidden, system files and did not find any
files.
I felt it is very strange because it seems I am the only person
who has this problem. Therefore, it may be hardware problem?
My machine is Acer 5620-6830, 2GB memory, running Vista.
