Hi Lacy,

 

I am not sure if that applies also to the 3.x version or if that solves your
problem, but did you download the latest CTY files? There is a CTY version
with special emphasis on the oblasts. It worked perfectly for version 4.4.

WINTEST 3.xxx version

In Russian DX I’ve worked several stations from  YA oblast (UA0Q) and
despite the „check multiplier window” contains  the „YA” multi, the program
doesn’t recognize as multiplier (signed with questionmark).

Any idea?
