[WT-support] RDXC - YA oblast

WINTEST 3.xxx version
In Russian DX I've worked several stations from  YA oblast (UA0Q) and
despite the "check multiplier window" contains  the "YA" multi, the
program doesn't recognize as multiplier (signed with questionmark).
Any idea?
