Hallo Larry.
I use WinTest also in IARU 50Mhz in SSB/CW and also recording the Contest.
I'm not use the Same PC, I use Notebook with AthlonXP 1,8Ghz (Real
Clock of CPU 1Ghz) and 3Gb RAM, but same problem, I think that a Bad
Configuration in Recording Audio, and using in CQWW WPX, IARU 50Mhz,
IARU HF Championship the same Codec, LAME.
I must try Fraunhofer MP3 Codec and surely works well and different.

I'm using in my 4 PC NOD32 Antivirus (regulary Licensed), and works well.

Surely Resolv the Problem with Fraunhofer.
In IOTA Contest I use WinTest with FraunHofer and test new Setup.
I send email if all is OK, WinTest is a very good program, and I'm happy
to Buy IT.
