[WT-support] Help needed to download 4.4.0

I have a registered 4.2 version of win-test.  When trying to
download the 4.4.0-update.exe, I'm asked to provide a user name
and password.

In Win-test, I have a Customer account number, Licensee callsign,
Computer code and a Registration key.  I've copied and pasted
these fields in various combinations into the user name and
password fields at the download site below, but still can't get
into the download site.  Am I trying to use the wrong information?
