[WT-support] RTTY ES K3

The COM 6 error message may be coming from MMTTY because it is set to use
COM 6 for FSK.  Make sure you DO NOT have MMTTY configured for FSK, but
rather soundcard TX, i.e., AFSK, and that no COM port is selected.
