Hi Bob,
I found that the modified RUN/S&P messages .. are reset by default as soon I start a new contest.
I'm assuming I need to tweak the ESM.WTS file . but I don't find it .. any help ?

The ESM script could be modified to automatically switch to S&P mode whenever it is called, if the VFO A frequency has changed compared to the prior QSO. But then thing get confusing. The status will show "RUN" even though as soon as you hit Enter it's really going to behave as if you were in ESM. I don't know if people really want that.

I have a "short" keyboard that doesn't provide the INSERT button (the ones without numeric pad)
Is there a workaround for that ?

Thank you for the useful suggestions. As soon I discovered how to tweak the messages.. I'm able to do all the things I've done with N1MM.
I like to hear that Win-Test will improve the ESM support and I look forward to test the new features
