[WT-support] Speed jumps up occasionally

I had an occasional problem.
Used MicroHam mk2 keyer with a K3.
I Was not using ++ ---,
my issue was when I logged a call the F3 TU G0ORH speed increased from 33 to at least 40 while in ESM mode.
Disabling ESM all was fine!
