[WT-support] Speed jumps up occasionally

Do you have a version of ESM.WTS in your Win-Test scripts directory?  Do
File | Explorer | /scripts directory.

In the microHAM Router software, Winkey tab, set

Speed pot min: 20 WPM
Speed pot max: 60 WPM

Then start Win-Test.  This may help to resolve some of the issues.  Any
other values will probably make the problem worse.

What would help even more would be to go to the Ports tab in the router,
then click the MON button next to the Winkey port, then start logging all
messages between Win-Test and the WinKey.  Next start Win-Test and try to
reproduce the speed jump problem.

Then save the log and send it to F6FVY and/or K1EL, explaining exactly when
the speed jumped unexpectedly.
