See http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Menu:Options#Printer_Ports .  Assuming the
SCK-II is compatible with legacy DVKs that used LPT pins, checking the "DVK"
pins in this LPT port dialog should allow you to control it from Win-Test.

SO2R control is also done via pin 14 (TX) and Pin 9 or 5 (RX).

Win-Test does not know the length of the DVK messages, so if you want to do
alternating CQs, you'll have to control that manually via the [*] key (which
swaps the transmitting radio by changing the state of pin 14).
