[WT-support] RTTY- grabbing highlighted callsigns

Correction:
The check box for INSERT grabs highlighted call is ticked- must be
default as I didn't know it was there- but it does NOT work, just sends
the message assigned to INSERT as in my original message. This is in ESM
mode in v 4.2.0.
