[WT-support] Well, now it sends to 746Pro

Clive,

I used many Icom rigs, among them the IC7400 and 756PROII. All of them 
performed very well with CI-V transceive. The band map runs *much* 
smoother than with polling. Did you try lately with a newer version of WT?
