[WT-support] Well, now it sends to 746Pro

I strongly recommend setting CI-V transceive to OFF. Having that on 
always prevented successful operation with the IC7400 (=746PRO in Eu) 
and also with the IC756PROIII in another logger. Presently my PROIIIs 
are set to transceive OFF in transceiver and WT set up and work just fine.
