[WT-support] MAP.DTA File Not Found

That file should be installed in

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Win-Test\cfg\map.dta

(notice the "cfg").

Try installing version 4.2, then reinstall 4.3 to see if that fixes it.
 It's possible this file was omitted from the 4.3 build as wtdeu.dll was
also omitted.
