[WT-support] V4 Rotator Control - wtRotators documentation added to Wiki

I've just added a major section to the Wiki regarding rotator control, which
of course is a new feature of V4.

I have a couple of open questions about how it works (marked: Q: for
"Question"), and I could use an updated screen shot of the small controller
window from someone who actually has a rotator talking to wtRotators (I
don't have a computer-controllable rotator to connect).  Please use the name
"BigStack" as in the example, for consistency.

The biggest question I have is, how are "Rotator Groups" used?
