[WT-support] Don't call dupes

(yet) Another question

Am I correct in assuming that WT doesn't have a way to do this? I am 
sometimes so busy that I don't have time to look at the dupe check 
screen, but in S&P mode, with ESM, just enter the callsign and hit 
<return>. I am so used to the protocol that prevents sending ( CW) if 
the station is a dupe. Perhaps however there is a text command to enable 
this, but I couldn't find it.
