[WT-support] LPT Port

For SO2R, I think many people just connect the band data jack on each radio
to the band decoder box, instead of connecting the LPT port of the PC to the
band decoder.
Consider also that most PCs do not have two LPT ports.  Many new PCs don't
even have one LPT port.
