[WT-support] Function Key Failure

Hi All

Well not cured the problem yet.

However I have carried out a few experiments.

1. All versions of WT 3 & 4 act the same way using Win 7 i.e. only the first 
CW character sent.
2. Dx base in Win 7 sends F1 etc messages ok.
3. HRD sends messages ok.

I don't use Micro Ham etc. Rig is IC756 Pro III, Same problem using IC-7000,
