What are your settings in WKSETUP?
If Pin 5 is set to PTT I think this may cause problems.
Guys, it's really hard to do any diagnosis of these problems without seeing
screen shots or port communication logs. MK2R setup is very complex, and
there are a lot of different settings that will mess things up, especially
if one of your COM ports is configured for PTT on DTR or RTS. External PTT
counts as foot switch. Foot switch can interrupt CW.
