[WT-support] Help with Password

Hello All,

I am trying to get a new laptop registered so i can
use it both at home and when portable. I am trying to down load the
latest version from the site and I keep getting the prompt for my
username and password. I have tried all the combinations I can think
of, checked back through my e-mails and cannot find any that state
which I should be using!

Any help would be most appreciative, as I am wanting to enter the ARRL 10M contest and the band is just starting to open up!
