[WT-support] Contest 40-80 ARI RECEIVED PROVINCE FIELD

Hello,
here a new program user and this is the first experience to
use Win-Test in Italian Contest 40-80.
I am not able to insert the italian province in the rcv field.
The highlight text in the RTTY (radio1) windows if NUMBERS fill
automatically the received report filed but impossible to do with
LETTERS as province.
Any idea?
