Nick,
you are right, but at the MULT-station I don´t want to limit the spots to only one band
(that station must cover all bands but the RUN band) and it would be very uncomfortable to
change the displayed bands every time the RUN-station does a band change.
Well, my "security circuit" is almost ready. It´s not a lockout really but both Radios get
a TX-inhibit signal when they are on the same band. This prevents the radios from
transmitting at least. It should be fast enough to save the RX Frontend. I agree,
hardware-interpreting the CAT-data is too complicated for that purpose (and I don´t want
to use a microprocessor..)
