[WT-support] Conversion failure .wt4

Hello!

Unfortunately I just double clicked a .wtb file.
WT4 starts up and talks about converting it to .wt4 but after clicking OK you need a backup copy of the .wtb file otherwise you are out of luck.
The .wtb file has gone, and the .wt4 file grows until you kill Win-Test.
Win-Test Version is 4.0.1.

Isn't this the worst thing that can happen ?
