Even recent WPX had been a enter with declared 2 CQ signals on same band, i 
think that this is prohibits due the definition of signals or transmitter.
The rule clear define Transmitter no Signals, so in my opinion one 
trasmitter means a only one signal regardless the same time. Even the common 
interpretation is not a rule this need to be cleared from the WPX commitee. 
M2 or MM talks about transmitters , so following the same rules if this is 
valid for M2 / MM  why  use a "common interpretation" for MS ? In other 
world the Transmitter must send the serial numbers without holes in the 
sequence.
