[WT-support] Splits on 40

If the split is canceled the next time a 'split' station is grabbed from the
cluster the radio does the proper split.

But, it will not allow to pick another cluster spot unless the split is
canceled on the radio.  Then you can do it again.

But you must cancel the split manually each time before it works again.

Does the problem go away if you turn OFF split, on the radio, before
clicking on a spot?

My Yaesu FT920 did the same thing.  Needs the bug to be fixed.
