[WT-support] DVK with Microkeyer

I think that must be for MKII as opposed to plain MK since I do not see
anything in my device router that looks like to one in the Wiki link you
provided.  It may be just a easy for me to click on th DVK messages within
the device router and use Win-test side by side.
