Larry,

Thank you for comments. For me it is no problem to change it manualy in 
Cabrillo.

Many contest sponsors encourige activity on other bands even if you in SB 
class. As a rare mult I try to use available time to work other guys and 
give them some extra points. Please consider option that operator decides 
class of entry.

Win-Test does care of the Single-Band vs All-Band by checking the log.
If you enter QSOs on one band only, the Cabrillo file will mention it
accordingly. If not, you will have an All Band file.
