Right.  For reference, please see http://www.cqwpx.com/blog/ and scroll down
to Item 4.

It would be nice if Win-Test could add Single Band 10, Single Band 15, etc.
to the drop-down list, default to that band, still allow QSOs to be logged
on all bands, without adding points to the score, and automatically generate
the proper Cabrillo header so that manual editing of the Cabrillo file would
not be necessary.
