[WT-support] FT1000D working

I just finished testing one more with different settings.
As I said before, DTR and RTS set to HANDSHAKE does work for whatever 
reason.

It appears to also work on the 1000D with DTR set to ALWAYS OFF and RTS set 
to ALWAYS ON.  No other settings seem to work.

So I guess users in my situation can use either option.  I just do not know 
which option would be the desired option.

Any constructive thoughts from the group?

I will test the 990 next.
