[WT-support] COM port PTT for MMTY

I am using AFSK via the sound card, but both my CI-V interface and PTT
are on the same COM port. Need the PTT as my IC-7000 does not seem to
actuate the vox through the acc port on the back. The way it is now, all
is working except something stops the CI-V from working. I can see the
CI-V data on a scope when I tune the radio, and the CI-V was working
great this weekend. But now, even if I try another program, like HRD,
the CI-V is not working. The port appears normal through Hyperterm.
Would MMTY or WT have started some windows process that is intercepting
the data?
