I have found a great solution and I use it for the HB2008 and OE2008  
logs with very good results.
It is BV7, a freeware program from DF3CB -> http://www.df3cb.com/bv/
It has an excellent import/export function, it will merge logs into  
one deleting all the dupes using many different formats like ADIF  
Cabrillo etc. You could also do the QSL labeling with it if needed.
