[WT-support] Dx Cluster

Thanks Tom and Steve.  I think I got my 45 Euros worth during the RTTY
test yesterday, I was very happy with how well Wintest performed.  I
usually do not use the cluster in contests, so it is not a big deal
but I would like to solve this problem eventualy.  I did already
untick " disable communication with Wintest", so I do not think it is
that.

I woke up in the middle of the night and wondered if something else
was using the IP address or port , so Steve's idea is a good one to
try..

OK, looks like that works.   back to the drawing board...
