Thank you Bob, . I reasign the Fkeys the way you did. save some time and at
least ready to use !

like nothing was ready to use !

Thanks for your time cu later on

number prec logged call check and section

INS key has nothing more than F2 AND F3 !

Why is this all empty in Version 3.17 ??

Thanks for Help

There don't seem to be any messages variables documented for Precedence or
Check (AKA "License" Year), perhaps because they are unique to the ARRL
Sweepstakes contest. It would be nice if $YEAR was recognized in
Sweepstakes as a synonym for Check, but it doesn't seem to work.

You could do the following via the "Other CW Messages" window (press Alt-C):

MSG1: $SERIAL
MSG2: A
MSG3: $MYCALL
MSG4: 71
MSG5: $STATE

Then type MESSAGES and enter the following

F1: CQ $MYCALL $MYCALL
F2: $SERIAL $MSG2 $MYCALL $MSG4 $STATE
F3: $SERIAL
F4: $MYCALL
F5: $LOGGEDCALL
F6: NR?
F7: ?
INSERT: $LOGGEDCALL $QSOB4 $GUESSEXCH $F2
PLUS: $CORRECT TU $MYCALL $CR

Suggestion to the Win-Test developers: The "Other CW Messages" sure would
be a lot easier to access if $MSG1 to $MSG10 could be sent simply by
pressing Alt-1 through Alt-0, instead of having to press Alt-C, F4
immediately followed by Alt-C, F5 if you want to send only your check and
section to someone who asks for a repeat.

Note that the DEFINEKEYS command won't let you remap Alt-4 to a two-key
combination like Alt-C, F4, so DEFINEKEYS can't help us with this.

Bob, N6TV
