[WT-support] Problem with zone guessing in 3.16

Hi George,
my point was (and as confirmed by others) that 3.16 had a bug and it does not make a difference what DTA to use, it still guesses zone just once based on the first entry to the callsign field and does not update it later. Naturally I tried other DTA files also but that is not the issue. I myself always use ..MOD.DTA anyway.
I was also asking if anyone knows a good way to update the zones in log according to the MOD.DTA without having manually change them all. I have 681 "possible bad exchanges" out of 5,800 QSOs and it is a quite cumbersome task. Even if the zones are not checked during log checking it would be good to know the correct claimed score and have proper log:))
Also a pointed out - the CQWW.DTB has a lot of mistakes and taking the list of "possible bad exchanges" from WT advises you to incorrectly change many zones according to "database".

I was using the previous version of WT in CQWW as I read about some potential problems with SO2R devices and 3.17 did not list anything important for me as updates.
Tonno,
Download and use CTY_WT_MOD.DTA, and your zone guessing should work ok.
