Other things that can help:

- check that the "Advanced SO2R" Mode is enabled: you have this option 
in the menu "Operating | Technique".

- open the "Secondary radio" window (look in the "Windows" menu)

- try to switch from radio1 / radio2 using the multiply key of the 
numpad or using ALT+/ (this can be ALT+: on a QWERTY keyboard, I never 
reminder which one is right!) : the EZMaster would follow the changes 
shown in the "Secondary radio" Window

- you can also modify some of the headphones audio settings (Listen to 
the secondary Radio) in the "Operating" menu, just to see if the 
EZMaster does something in this situation
