Other things that can help:

- check that the "Advanced SO2R" Mode is enabled: you have this option
in the menu "Operating | Technique".

>>> Yes, I already have Advanced SO2R enabled in WT.

- open the "Secondary radio" window (look in the "Windows" menu)

>>> I have the Secondary Radio window open. I can change the Radio A/B
audio okay using this window. All 4 audio options seem to work okay
using this window. Will try the * key on the numeric keypad to change
xmit radios. I was trying to use the * above "8" on the main keyboard
before. Don't know why I didn't think to try the * on the numeric pad.
Hopefully this will work!

>>> Don't know what to say about WinKey not working or even showing up
as an option to enable in EZManager. Very strange...

- try to switch from radio1 / radio2 using the multiply key of the
numpad or using ALT+/ (this can be ALT+: on a QWERTY keyboard, I never
reminder which one is right!) : the EZMaster would follow the changes
shown in the "Secondary radio" Window

- you can also modify some of the headphones audio settings (Listen to
the secondary Radio) in the "Operating" menu, just to see if the
EZMaster does something in this situation

I hope that Fabio will have other ideas to help you.

>>> Thanks again for your assistance Oliver.

Steve - K5MR
