The one who will first find a way to always repeat that problem will hit 
the Jackpot! This is unfortunately an old known problem which I never be 
able to fix yet.

I had a talk with Jozef OM7ZZ at Fried Hamfast. He show me a way to get 
the WinKey speed to be out of sync with Win-Key but, as astonishing as 
this might sound, this wasn't affecting the CW speed!...
