- Is wtDxTelnet installed in the same directory as WT ? If not, check 
that wtCom.dll is located in the wtDxTelnet directory.
- I guess you *unchecked* the box "Disable communication with Win-Test" 
in the Options|Win-Test network properties dialog, right ? If so, check 
also that the broadcast IP and the port number are similar in WT and 
wtDxTelnet.
