[WT-support] UDP problem

Thanks.
Broadcast addresses and port numbers are the same in both applications (WT 
and Telnet - 192.168.1.255/ 9871).
Telnet is "unchecked" to make communications with WT.
But I observe strange thing :
- when I run first Telnet, I can see it like running process (after command 
C:\>netstat -abnp udp, but without WT...
- when I run first WT, then I see WT, but no Telnet...
WT and Telnet are in the same location on my disk.
