[WT-support] Feature request: scrollwheel/keyboard tuning

Hi Neal

I think this would be a great tool.

I would like to have the following:


1. VFO control with the scrollwheel key of the mouse.
2. Being able to do it for the Primary radio or the secondary radio
3. Being able to control the tunning rate of the VFO/Wheel - slow
1hz........to 1 KHZ fast

Of course this would be great for SO2R tunning of the secondary radio.
