Curiously, CTWin uses different settings for the COM port when I select
Radio1:  "Orion":

Status for device COM1:
-----------------------
    Baud:            57600
    Parity:          None
    Data Bits:       8
    Stop Bits:       2
    Timeout:         ON
    XON/XOFF:        OFF
    CTS handshaking: OFF
    DSR handshaking: OFF
    DSR sensitivity: OFF
    DTR circuit:     HANDSHAKE
    RTS circuit:     HANDSHAKE

So if the Win-Test defaults don't work, you could try these CTWin defaults
instead (Stop Bits 2, Handshake on both).
