[WT-support] suggestion: $RXOFFSET

Hi --

  For a DXpedition, it would be helpful to have a message variable that 
transmits the offset to be used for the pileup; e.g., "UP7" or "DN2".  
This offset can be easily obtained from the radio data.

  For example, our end-of-QSO message would become:
$CORRECT TU $MYCALL $RXOFFSET
  and on CW would result in:
K6NA TU VP6DX UP25

  Thanks for considering this suggestion.  We leave for Ducie Island VP6DX at 
the end of January.  It would be helpful to have this variable then... but I imagine the development queue is full of other great ideas.
