I have tried to add $CR in F5, F6 and F7 of a scenario in SSB and I 
didn't notice any problem with. May you check again?

Without a way to repeat this I'm afraid I won't be able to do anything. 
That would be interesting if you could also try with your radio 
connected directly to a COM port, just to know if this is related to 
Win-Test or to EZMaster.
